I love photographing the stream that meanders down the beach at low water…the bright water rippling over the sand, stones and shells, catching the light and making beautiful patterns.
It reminds me of the shapes created in some mille fleur paperweights. Perhaps it’s just that the almost syrupy, clear water resembles glass. Maybe it’s that some particles get stretched by the water becoming a momentary, curved lens.
Whatever it is, I think it makes a jolly image.
